Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! 💎

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without a cancellation fee, provided that tracking information has not yet been created or processed.

After Tracking Has Been Created

If tracking information has already been created or processed, a $10 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded for the cancelled order.

Once an order has been shipped or accepted by the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact Diamond Goodies Co as soon as possible and include your order number.

Cancellation requests are based on the status of the order at the time the request is received.
