Our 14-Day Replacement Policy covers items that:

• Arrive damaged or defective
• Become damaged or defective during normal use within the first 14 days of delivery

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, the affected item will be replaced at no additional cost.

The replacement policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, alterations, or damage occurring after the 14-day period.
